Dogs days
There were lots of dogs chillin' at Riverfest, too.
I'm always impressed at how well dogs deal with these massive outdoor fairs, with all the sounds and smells and people darting past. You'd think it would drive them to distraction, but most of them seemed downright mellow.

They got lots of attention from the revelers, too.

This guy took the prize for number of adorers.

He liked the attention, but really he seemed to just want to take a nap.
Of course, no sooner would he roll over and go back to sleep ...

... someone new would just have to check him out.

So cute!!

On the river at Riverfest
We were really lucky with the weather for Cambridge Riverfest -- perfect sunny comfortable day.
Tom of course went straight for the free coffee samples.

I guess the Hawaiian Shave Ice booths are here to stay.

There was plenty of colorful things to look at, as usual.

I bought a cool-looking glass pendant at one of the tents. And of course, there was the usual enormous bag of popcorn.
That's one of the best parts!
